VIRTUAL JAPAN/Terms of Service

VIRTUAL JAPAN / Legal

Terms of Service

Effective dateAugust 24, 2026

1. Acceptance and informational purpose

By using the public VIRTUAL JAPAN website, you agree to use it responsibly and lawfully. The website provides informational and editorial content about the VIRTUAL JAPAN channel. It is not a promise of a particular result, service level, or availability.

2. Public website versus private internal tools

The public website presents channel information and links to third-party pages. Separate private internal tools support the operator's personal workflow. Those private internal tools are not offered as a public service, and no public sign-up or public user account service is provided.

3. YouTube API Services

The private tools may use YouTube API Services to support channel operations and reporting. Use of those services requires agreement to YouTube's Terms of Service, available at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms↗.

YouTube controls its own services, content, policies, and account decisions. These terms do not replace or change YouTube's terms.

4. Intellectual property and third-party marks

VIRTUAL JAPAN owns or is authorized to use the site's branding, imagery, and editorial content. You may view the public website for personal, lawful purposes, but you may not copy, republish, or present its materials as your own without permission or another applicable right.

YouTube and Google retain their respective marks and services. Other third-party names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited interference

Use the website only in ways allowed by applicable law and these terms. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, defeat its security, introduce harmful code, access private tools without permission, or use automated activity that burdens or disrupts the site.

6. Third-party links and services

Links to YouTube and other third-party services are provided for convenience and context. Those services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, content rules, and availability. The operator does not control or guarantee third-party services.

7. As-available disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the public website and private tools are provided as available, without a promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose. Content and links may change or become unavailable without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary loss arising from use of the website, private tools, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes, severability, governing law, and contact

Changes

These terms may change as the website or private workflow changes. The version posted on this page is the current version, and its effective date identifies when it took effect.

Severability

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator resides.
